Led by Deb Phelps, an over 40 year meditation practitioner and certified Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor, this course is perfect for those who are new to meditation, restarting their practice, or those that would like to strengthen their practice.

Each week includes guided meditations and helpful tips for your practice.

Each week a new lesson is posted with a teaching about the meditation we will practice and then the actual meditation.

Also included in this course is supplemental resources.

Five 30-minute private sessions with Deb are included in this course so support is always available if you need it!
