Self-Compassion
Practices that help you be kind to yourself.
Self-compassion involves acting in the same way towards yourself that we would a dear friend or family member. It's important when you are having a difficult time, fail, or notice something you don’t like about yourself. Instead of just ignoring your pain with a “stiff upper lip” mentality, you stop to tell yourself “this is really difficult right now,” how can I comfort and care for myself in this moment?
These self-compassion meditations and practices will help you learn to be kinder to yourself.
Yoga Teachers: Upon completion of course, you are eligible to register for 4 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
